Request for Acceptance and Quotation of Vessel

IMMARBE registration department will conduct a background check on the vessel to verify it has a good standing on the ownership, managers, and detention records to avoid the risk of breaching any compliance with international regulations and sanctions. Based on information gathered from the background check the vessel registration request will be accepted or rejected.  

The following information is required for the registration department to conduct background checks on the potential registration.  

1. IMO Number (if available)  
2. Proposed name of the vessel to verify if available on the register.  
3. Size (gross and net tonnage) and type of vessel.  
4. Age of the vessel or year built.  
5. Operation Area (be specific) as certain areas may require specific conditions or HQ may impose specific restrictions/limitations e.g.: USCG, Paris MOU, etc., or requires IACS class OR Non-IACS.  
6. Recognized organization (from the authorized listing of Survey Companies/IACS and non-IACS
7. Type of registration being requested (See below):

  • Bareboat Charter In Registration  
  • Bareboat Charter Out Registration  
  • Pleasure Yacht Registration 
  • Commercial Yacht Registration  

If the vessel is accepted, the registration officer will email you confirmation of acceptance along with the quotation for the registration.
