Bunker/Nairobi/Civil Liability Certificate
IMMARBE issues certificates for the following ratified conventions:
- International Convention on Civil Liability for Oil Pollution Damage (CLC)
- International Convention on Civil Liability for Bunker Oil Damage (BCC)
- Nairobi International Convention on the Removal of Wrecks (NWRC)
The following documents are required for the issuance of the certificates:
- Application for Civil Liability/Bunker Oil/Nairobi Wreck Removal Certificate
- Blue Card approved by:
- Protection and Indemnity Club which is a member of The International Group of P & I Clubs; or
- Member of an insurance body/group of similar international standing or
- Financial Institutions of similar international standing
- Payment of appropriate fees
