Endorsements OE/EST

Application for endorsement certificates can be made through our Deputy Registrars Offices Globally.  The Seafarer, The Manning Manager, or Ship Owner should prepare the application package to be submitted to our Deputy Registrar who will evaluate the documents for completeness and accuracy.  For endorsement certificates the Deputy Registrar will issue a Certificate of Receipt of Application and then submit the application to the Head Office for issuance. Documentary Requirements for Applying for Endorsement Certificates 

a.	Application for Officer’s Endorsement
b.	4 Passport Size Pictures
c.	Medical Fitness Certificate
d.	Copy of valid national passport
e.	Signed and completed Declaration Form (within the application form)
f.	Security Awareness Training/ Seafarers with designated security duties Training (regulation: VI/6)
g.	STCW Certificate of Competency
h.	Certificate of Proficiency as Ship Security Officer (as applicable)
i.	GMDSS Certificate of Competency (as applicable)
j.	Specialized Training Certificate (as applicable)
k.	Legible signature as appears on official documents on a white background
